Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actor from Australia. Cornish's filmography has roles such like Heidi from Somersault 2004 Fanny Brawne, Sweet pea in Suckerpunch, Lindy in Limitless 2011 Clara Murphy in RoboCop 2014 and Sarah in Geostorm 2017. She also worked with Martin McDonagh on Seven Psychopaths 2012 and Three Billboards in Ebbing Missouri (2017). For the latter Cornish was awarded the first Screen Actors Guild Award as part of the cast. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, star of Adventureland 2009 as well as a variety of other films was her father. Ann McDonough was her mother. Betty Gilpin was able to make the choice to be an actor due to the support and love she was given by her parents. When it came time to enroll in college she chose Fordham College where she learned to develop her skills. Gilpin continued to be a candidate for films and television parts while appearing in Off Broadway shows. Gilpin was cast as on NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent 2001-2011 and then small roles on Ghost Town (2008), and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin continued to land mostly TV guest roles throughout the following years until she received her first break in 2013, when she was offered a role as Nurse Jackie. In the role of Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared on 34 episodes of the series until Nurse Jackie ended its run in June of 2015. Gilpin appeared the same year on True Story, a mystery thriller.
