Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale is an American basketball player who plays with the Dallas Wings in the Women's National Basketball Association. She was a college basketball player with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, prior to being selected by the Wings with the fifth overall pick of the 2019 WNBA draft. Arike Ogunbowale's father and mother Yolanda Ogunbowale & Gregory Ogunbowale were born March 2nd, 1997 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mario Ogunbowale as well as Dare Ogunbowale are both 20-years old. On July 7, 2014, Ogunbowale was selected to the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale was also named to the ACC All-Freshman Team following her first year of collegiate basketball. Kobe Bryant even thanked her for a number of large shots in the NCCA Tournament. Ogunbowale may be new to basketball, but she's rapidly established herself.
